//Design for Feasibility

Understanding markets, people and products . . .

Three stages - Design for FEASIBILITY, Design for EVALUATION and Design to MANUFACTURE are structured around the client’s decision making gate process. We match our development process to your business plans.

The feasibility stage covers Research, Definition, Concept and Review and is structured to answer questions like; what will the product be like? how will it fit in the market? how will it function? how will it be manufactured? what are the costs? how well will the product connect with the user? what are the technical challenges? can we create good IPR? will there be a good return on investment?

Our creative thinking is used to challenge technical and market assumptions, achieve clarity of intent, create new product definitions, interpret user perceptions, generate ideas, visualize form, test concepts and achieve stakeholder alignment.

By the end of the Design for FEASIBILITY stage the client will have the information they need to make an informed decision that a concept is strong enough to succeed.

. . . will this idea fly?
