This stage develops the concept through its detail design so a full design and commercial evaluation can be made to determine market value and ROI.

The Design for EVALUATION stage works through the detail design; ergonomics and human factors, user interface design, product styling, industrial design, materials, mechanical engineering, electromechanical integration, product costing and supply chain management. All the elements of the product design are detailed out to create a robust design. The part and assembly design is optimised for efficient assembly and to meet target production costs.

We can create product realistic models for market evaluation or product photography. We can build full working prototypes for functional or market testing, whether by rapid prototyping or fast production machining.

Animations and photo realistic images are used to communicate the product design to project stakeholders. By the end of this stage, the product design will be resolved, tested and ready for commitment to production.
