We support clients with FMEA and Design History Files and audit trail documentation.

For moulded or cast parts, we create CAD data sets from which the tool cavities are sparked eroded. This maintains design integrity and reduces tooling time.

We work with production engineers to make the best collective decisions to steer the design through the sampling and pre-production stages. On some projects we have built assembly jigs and advised on production build methods.
