Drawer Storage
The brief was to create a low cost drawer storage unit with strong shelf appeal.
The challenge was to create an appealing product within tight unit cost and process constraints.
The result is a style and form harmonized with technically demanding thin wall moulding. This was achieved by a good understanding of the production processes balanced out with the skills to create a clean line form.
The tooling cavities were created from our CAD data to ensure the design intent was maintained, as well as, speeding up the tool development time. With the parts coming out as designed and as predicted, the design ran through tool sampling into production without hitch or delay.
